Horrible services! Do not use this travel company.
Very poor customer service and therefore a poor company with low quality management. They don't reply emails, messenger, don't answer the phone. I booked via them first time but already know this is the last.
No customer service!!I'm trying to call the customer service and nobody pick up the phone for more than 2 hours, when someone take the phone, for some reason they drop the call after 10 seconds.Cheaper flights but hoping you have no any need of customer service.I indeed regret booking with this company and I will never use Omega Travel services anymore.
Exercise EXTREME caution if considering purchasing from this travel agency. My credit card information was stolen 2 weeks after a purchase from their website (of which the ticket purchase was the only irregularity in my spending habits) and had $3500+ charged on it within 3 days, all related to 3 star hotels. They've yet to respond to inquiries regarding data breaches.While KAYAK had linked to this shop, I would highly recommend you purchase directly from the airlines or from a different agency.
This is not a "company" but rather a SCAM. They look for anyway to SCAM people who are willing to use them as a "service". This company should not be used and should be reported to authorities for dishonest business practices. They do not care about the customer and only want money for their greedy pockets.I had booked a flight on their website, as I found it through the Kayak platform. I had booked my flight online around 10 PM, which their office was closed by that point. I called the next day, which was in the 24 hour period that airlines allow customers to cancel their reservation.They refused to do anything to help me, and they had said if I had called the night I made my reservation, they would have refunded me. However, this was not even an option given that their office was closed at that hour.Also, when talking with their "customer service", they were angry and rude on the phone. They do not do anything to support their customers, and this is a terrible business model for them to sustain their business. Nobody can trust them.Best option is for this company to fail, because they abuse customers.
