I had to remove my son from this setting as the care provided went downhill very fast after he left the baby room. The key person in snowdrops (baby room) was excellent but after he had to move to another key person things startes to change. The mangement was awful they never knew who was doing what and could never garauntee my son would have the key person he was provided with initially. I am glad the lastest ofsted 2017 reflects how the standards have slipped and it seems they have perhaps been too generous with the award given. Glad I had the sense to get my son out of there.

In my opinion, busy bees nursery in Milton Keynes has a very bad system in communication with parents. My son is not an easy boy, he does what he wants and he is opinion. As a result, he had been hurted himself several times. Then the nursery has reported to councils.I don't mind if the nursery is really cared and protected the boy. But they have been also asking my boy " interrogated" question in order to give impression to the council that we are " abused "parent. I have been regretted to sent my boy to busy bees. As it is not close to my house and more expensive than some other nursery. The first reason I put my son there because the infrastructure is good and I believe I get what I paid. In the end, I think the management is rubbish and it ruins all the other good side of the nursery.

Summary: It is a hit or miss experienceIt will all depend on who is going to be the key person for your child. We have had several issues because for no reason the key person changes every now and then, making our child uncomfortable to deal with a new person (settling down). We (parents) had to guide and bring the new key persons up to speed on specific requirements of our child e.g. communication, limitations, likes etc. They have very poor communication with parents e.g. suddenly my child was put in a different kids room, they are also not flexible to change the days when the child wants to attend, we had to work around to fit their schedule (initially we were told they can do it with some notice). Overall, I feel they do not have enough focus/output for the money and rating they are given. Having said all this, we had a very good result initially when a particular key person was assigned she has disappeared suddenly. Therefore, we believe it is more a hit or miss !
