These guys was perfect my boiler broke down with in half an hour they sent over an engineer( who god bless his sole) went the extra mile and fixed my boiler he was clean , tidy , polite very pleased . I heard of Mk city plumbing & heating from my sister she booked them in to re-design her bathroom which looks amazing from top to bottom we couldnt believe the transformation just in a couple of days absolutely outstanding Highly recommended from a broken tap to an whole new heating system 5 star guys
I had no heating or hot water over Christmas, MK City were able to get someone out to me on the day i called, very fast and efficient with the process and i now have a new full working boiler! Would highly recommend.
Don't bother with this lot. The job was a new boiler & new bathroom. They were so nice when quoting for the job. This was a year & a half ago. They firstly couldn't complete the job on time, then they left all the rubbish in my front garden & never came back, after saying they would do all that. The bath is now sagging, with the sealant all falling off. Then after I paid them, never heard a thing from them, you would think they would enquire if everything is okay. So I will never ever use them or refer them to anyone. I gave them one star because thank God the boiler has been fine.
