We took our puppy to puppy hour, he had a lovely time very well run.
The staff here are really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and it's obvious that they all adore animals. A huge range of products. Not the cheapest, but very good quality. I like the fact they have samples of different types of cat litter which you can add the water supplied to see for yourself the effect. I took my puppy in for a socialization session which she loved. An Alladins cave for pet owners.

Staff are fun, knowledgeable & always a pleasure. It's still relatively quiet in there so is nice to mill about and explore their extensive range. If you've used the attached vet practise, you can get 10% off. We only buy our stuff from here now!
