Really poor. I had to park at Elder gate and was confused with where to park as the sat nav post code is not the same as it is on their website. Have ringgo next it... Just no clarity in terms of signage etc. Very prompt I sending penalty notice while getti g through to customer service agent takes ages.
Shocking customer service - their machines weren't issuing receipts and I needed copies for my expenses. I've filled in their online form twice and emailed three times, but after four weeks still not had any reply...nothing.
