Nice location for the ODEON Cinema, plenty of parking spaces although can get very busy once in a while. Easy ticket redemption process and great option of snacks at its usual premium pricing rates expected from a cinema shop. Recommend if going to watch a movie.
Love the place! However, prices are a bit dear, myself and my child for a movie 26.50...(3D mind you..2D was a bit less) but just for the movie I think it is a little high - I appreciate you have pay the going rate and occasionally go to give my child the experience of large screen..but I really cant see the Cinema carrying on like this for too long...I think it's just too expensive....with our modern 50 plus inch TVs and Netflix, Prime, SKY and the rest...its becoming less compelling to go to the cinema! what a shame!
Good mainstream cinema in a great location. Lots of free parking and a good selection of restaurants outside means that you can make a night of it.It loses one star because of the premium seats which fill most of the auditorium but are usually empty. The standard seats are not very comfortable (not compared to the standard seats at Cineworld). Get rid of the premium seats and make all seats comfortable.
Definitely recommend that everyone try the Gallery at least once. Great seats, unlimited popcorn, nachos and soft drinks, alcoholic drinks available at the bar. It makes going to the cinema a whole new experience. I don't do it every time, but it definitely makes a nice treat every now and then.
Why can't the wheelchair accessible toilets be radar key entry only? Staff could loan a key to those without and needing the facility, no hardship there. I'm use a wheelchair and regularly find the accessible toilets used by people who choose not to use the main toilets, this has included couples. Please Odeon do something about this and stop disabled people being embarrassed and having to leave to clean and change. Otherwise this cinema is excellent, particularly The Gallery where you can look at the screen rather than up at it.
