Speedy and efficient service. We were locked out and they were round within about 15 minutes (we live nearby, but it's still nice not having to wait). Got us back in really quickly and without having to cause any damage to the property whatsoever.
Very fast & professional service from Brinnicks. Was unable to open my front door as the latch mechanism had detached itself from the handle.Darren from Brinnick arrived on time and was courteous, helpful and very thorough throughout his visit. A new lock was needed but before he left he ensured i was still able to secure my front door. He returned with a new lock and had it fitted well within ten minutes. Didn't leave until I had tried it and was happy with what he had done.Really lovely chap and first class service from Brinnicks - from speaking to Ryan on my initial call right through to the problem being resolved.Highly recommend this company!!

We use Brinnicks where I work for locks and keys and the have always been great. My wife and I recently moved and after a few days we began to think that the deadlock on the front door was on it's way out. They came out and changed the internals avoiding the necessity of new keys. A couple of weeks later it became impossible to deadlock from outside, my wife rang and Adam was out within 30 minutes. He discovered that the same fault had occurred, went away and came back with some more new internals all without charge as under warranty. I did ask if I would be better off paying for a better entirely new lock but Adam said that these particular locks were very good and it was probably just a coincidence.They are always quick, efficient, friendly and well priced. What more could you want?
