I have been in this library twice this week.First let me say its lovely.The staff are very helpful as I wasnt sure about photo copies etc.Both the staff that helped me were fantastic,helpful,and very friendly.I couldnt have done anything without them thanks.
Extremely rude staff, too busy talking to each other to help me. Really inappropriate conversations being had when library users can hear
Only open for 3 hours and doesnt have toilet facilitites- restricting.
Taken away too much of the library after refit it's almost half the original size and all so they can have rooms to hire !
Has always got a foul smell in there. Normally pretty quiet until this really old man turns up with nothing better to do and loudly interrupts the staff with his demands for old newspaper editions. He often turns up with a large back pack, which gives you the notion that he has been hiking.Staff are friendly and you can normal enjoy some quiet time there.
