I dont usually write reviews however I feel I need to leave a review for this salon. I asked for a simple balayage and showed them a photo of what I would like. After a long 4 hours of being there (which seemed way too long) they had finished and there were patches all over my hair! It wasnt what I asked for and wasnt the colour I expected. They said I should come back and get the patches re-done another time, I called to book another appointment however the person that did my hair was not available that day so the manager said can I book another time as it was an inconvenience to them - I am shocked at how they approached this and I am not at all happy with the service. I ended up having to go to another salon and pay to get it re-done again.Could you please leave me your email address so we can discuss this further.

I was nervous about visiting as I usually visit a barbers. However, Lauren did some great clipper work and I came out looking fresh. Highly recommend.
