The best gym in MK, no nonsense snobbery just friendly staff, good to back after working away for a year
I enjoyed yesterday Milton Keynes my PIN it doesnt work so I was ringing for help no one answer half hour get cold se I went back home Its not great start All the time must be one available from the staff for help

Im a fan of The Gym chain and its membership options. Moved to Milton Keynes and signed up for membership. Helpful staff and easy for parking. Good central location also by the train station for people wanting to use it before/after work. Nice layout and as you would expect having used other The Gym locations.
Go here on a regular basis, well at least i try to. The staff is friendly, it's nice and clean, have a good space so everyone is not sweating on top of each other. Only downside is the lack of equipment and the free weight section is small, plus it only goes to 30kg. If your not a gymer that goes heavy on the free weights and equipment then i highly recommend it. Can get really busy at times
