Last Saturday Morning I sustained a significant injury at the gym which required an ambulance transfer out of the facility. At the time none of the 4 members of staff who were on shift knew how to perform any first aid and seemed to shy away from providing any actual assistance. I had to yell to a gentleman standing next to me to call me an ambulance. When a 'trainer' finally did arrive at my aid and stay (unlike the first two), he didn't even know how to direct the 999 operators to the gym site. Instead, he and the other staff members I had met earlier seemed more concerned about moving me out of the free weights area even though I was physically unable to move due to the pain. Finally, when I was mobilised, a staff member placed me on a high top chair which could barely balance properly and then left me unattended for approximately 30 minutes until the ambulance crew arrived. Even on arrival, no members of staff bothered to let the ambulance crew in and a fellow patron had to buzz them in. At this stage I was on the verge of losing consciousness. During that 30 minute interval only one other member of staff came by who dismissed my requests to call the ambulance crew to find out their ETA, or to get a more appropriate chair for me to sit on, and simple ask me to sign their medical injuries form again before I left.As a physician, I can attest that this gym does not have any clear health and safety protocols in place and the staff are not trained to handle any medical emergency. This lack of appropriate training and lacklustre attitude portrayed by the members of staff at this facility is very concerning and it does not seem like a safe environment to be operating as a 24-hour gym.

Good selection of equipment and classes, friendly and helpful staff. Great personal trainers, have a couple of training sessions with Louis a month and well worth the money as he trains you at a high level and listens to your particular needs and requirements.

This is a great, well managed gym for the price. Its big, lots of natural light and kept remarkable clean. The Personal Trainers are approachable and friendly.

Extremely helpful staff, the personal trainers are also exquisite (full of such helpful and solid information) and for the monthly fee of gym membership the equipment provided is (if used correctly) probably by far one the best in Milton Keynes! For a gym (usually places I once used to avoid), book an induction, or a Personal Trainer session, you wont be sorry! The classes too are pretty helpful to add to your workout. Yoga for the win!^_^

Fantastic gym! Loads of equipment and quite spacious so it doesn't feel crowded. I also have an excellent trainer, Louis, who's helped get me into shape. Would definitely recommend Kiss Gyms.
