Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Gym is never too busy so you never have to wait for any of the equipment. Nice pool for gentle lengths with sauna and steam room

Probably 30 years ago it was a great little fitness centre, but today it is showing it's age. Screaming about it should I say. It is cold in changing rooms, last couple of months there are problems with hot water in the shower too. Couple of times the pool was closed on Saturdays because of the problems with heating. Thankfully, the parking can be paid via the app now, no need is desperate searches for coins. Overall - given a proper repair and refurbishment this will be a great place again.
