Very unprofesional. Call me 45 min before my appointment to cancel it, I am going through NHS as I have my baby recently, make an appointment to be checked out before giving birth, the dentist told me to do an X-ray after pregancy to check my tooth and because you are only see twice after pregnancy they say the same day of my appointment that I should be seen after the 7th of March, (even though another receptionist gave me the appointment already) but obviously if you pay they will see you without problem. They say the doctor doesn't feel I need it to be seen and to wait (for the second free appointment) but it does not matter if my problem get worse. I had to make arrangments aswell for my baby to be looked after and delay my partner on going to work for basically nothing!
they have banned me because I missed 3 appointments....I been their patient for way long time and now just without any warning they did this.....everytime when tried to call them, line was busy or needed to wait at least 20mins...unfair ban and unfair way of judge!
Fairly new to this practice and so far have had a veneer very expertly expedited by the wonderful dentist Karar Yasin and his very able nurse.I am so pleased with the results which has boosted my confidence when in close contact with people.Also as a follow on from this have had the incredibly kind and professional hygenist Sara Andrews and her amazing nurse get my teeth really clean over a few sessions and wow what a difference!My whole mouth and teeth feel much nicer and Sara has put me on a mutually compatible regime of daily deep clean with 'TPs' for getting in between my teeth together with a good quality electric toothbrush.A final big thank you and Big Hug for all the reception staff who I have personally found to be only very kind and helpful both in person and on the phone.
Ive been calling for 3 days trying to cancel my husbands appointment because he is sick and today I finally got more than just a busy signal, but waited on hold for literally 20 minutes. How do they stay in business that way? I even emailed them on the contact page to tell them I couldnt get through and needed to cancel and got no response. We will find another dentist.
Rudest reception you will ever encounter. Going by other reviews, I do not know how this practice has survived for so long. If I could give it zero Stars, I would.
