It was a nice experience. The place was nice and neat. And for the staff supper friendly, from the lady at the reception to the nurse and the dentist who attended to meBest Dental care I have received ever.
Really good customer service on reception. Was seen to by Dr Patel. The details in which my appointment was discussed was really refreshing and any further treatment was discussed. Over all very Impressed.
I am very scared of going to the dentists as I havent been for a long time. I thought Id give it a go as I was recommended by a colleague at work as he had gone there for a check up. I went and I was greeted with friendly faces and saw Dr Viren Patel. He explained to me everything I needed to know about my teeth and the procedures I would need to follow. I didnt feel under pressure and my nerves were at ease after finally visiting the dentists after so long. I will definitely be recommending this dental surgery to friends and family. Cant wait for my teeth whitening to commence :-) thank you again!
I was struggling for a while to find a good dentist in Milton Keynes for a while especially after reading some of the reviews of dentists in Central Milton Keynes. I'm so happy that I chose to go to Aspects Dental & Referrals. I was greeted with a lovely receptionist who went out of her way to make me feel welcome (even got me a cup of tea!) Filled out all the usual details for new registrations on a tablet and went in for my first examination.The Dentist was very professional and took time to get to know me and my previous dental history and put together a plan that was suitable for me. He did not try to push me into investing in procedures that I did not need or try to rush me out the door.I would highly recommend Aspects Dental & Referrals to anyone who is nervous about dentist or is struggling to find a good, honest dentist. I will definately get the rest of the family signed up.
I am extremely nervous of dentists after some awful experiences. All the staff at Aspects were respectful of this and my experience of root canal and extraction were so much better than feared. I felt very comfortable and extremely well cared for. Everything was clearly explained to me and during the procedures I was never left in the dark worrying what was happening: wonderful: thank you so much.
