Professional and friendly practice - the dentists here are extremely knowledgeable in their field and actual take the time to explain the procedures in detail, I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed knowing I was in the best hands with Doctor Verma and his team!
I recently moved to Crownhill and was thrilled to have a dentist on my doorstep. I went in to register but was told that I had to make an appointment to register. I didn't have my calendar on me so I made one for my two daughters that Friday. When Friday came, i remembered that my daughters had after school club. I went into the dentist to rearrange my appointment and was apologetic. The receptionist told me I couldn't rebook and had to try again in the new year. I was made to feel like I had done something criminal. I rang again in the new year and was told that I was struck off their register and could not book another appointment. I'm sure this is against policy. I've never been treated like this before and I was appalled. This dentist made me feel like a criminal for an honest mistake. I pay my taxes thank you and am happy to take my NHS money to another practice. Stay away from this place!!!
Very friendly, warm and welcoming. They made me feel so much better about my self more to the point. Put me back on the path to smile again!.** Ive started my treatment now 3rd sitting, every time I walk out Im a little bit more confidant about myself. Amazing and kind team here. Update next week

The best dentist you can think of. Dr Verma and their entire staff is so kind. My family is taking treatment from them right from filling to tooth extraction and we so very happy with the care and treatment we get. If you are looking for any any problem with your tooth I would recommend just go to Abacus. They give you proper advice unlike other places I have been too.Painless and proper treatment with great care. Thank you Dr. Verma and thank you to your staff for the best treatment.
